Ingredients

24 portions
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups wheat flour, sifted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon almond essence
  • jams, of any flavor for the filling
  • powdered sugar

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade. Butter and flour a cookie sheet.
In an electric mixer mix butter, sugar, egg and almond essence.
Mix little by little with the flour, until forming a ball of dough that can be spread with a rolling pin.
Make a dough ball and spread it with the help of a rolling pin. It is easier if you put a little flour on it as well as on the surface where you are going to spread the dough. Use a large round cookie cutter and cut all the dough. Use another smaller mold and make a hole in half of the recipes.
Once cut, pass them to a baking tray 2 centimeters apart to avoid sticking. Bake for 8-9 minutes.
Once the cookies are cold spread the part that has no hole with the blackberry jam and cover with the hollow.
Do the same for all cookies. Once they are all closed, sprinkle with a glass sugar cubder.
