These cookies will remind you of the grandmother, with its rich butter flavor and the delicious filling of apricot jam and blackberry, are ideal to accompany them with coffee and share with friends.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Butter at room temperature
  • 1 3/4 cups of sugar glass
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 3 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 Cup of sugar glass for the glaze
  • 2 spoonfuls of Orange juice for the glaze
  • 1/4 of Cup of apricot jam
  • 1/4 of Cup of blackberry jam

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Beat the butter with the icing sugar, add the egg and vanilla essence, add flour, salt and beat for 3 minutes at low speed.
    Form balls and place on a tray, with the help of your finger pressed to the center, bake for 15 minutes. Let cool and reserve.
