Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixer, beat the butter until softened. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Mix until incorporated.
Carefully add the egg and the flour one third at a time. Mix for 5 more minutes.
Shape the dough into little balls and put them over a baking sheet.
Press each cookie at the center with your thumb and bake for 15 minutes. Let them cool.
For the glaze: in a bowl, mix the powdered sugar and the orange juice. Transfer to a pastry bag.
Decorate and fill the center of the cookies with jam.
Enjoy!
