Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 cup flour, sifted
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1/3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 4 teaspoons brandy
  • breadcrumbs, toasted to taste
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Preparation

Mix butter, sugar, egg and salt cutlery.
Add the flour, brandy and toast crumbs.
We mix and preheat the oven to 250ºC, then we will butter and flour a tray and distribute the dough with a teaspoon.
Bake the cookies for 15 minutes, remove them and let cool.

TIPS

Perfect to eat in a night with friends.
