These cookies are ideal for decorating and can be given as gifts in different events. They look very nice and it is the perfect gift for Christmas because everyone will love them.

Ingredients

30 portions
  • 300 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 300 grams powdered sugar
  • 350 grams flour
  • 350 grams almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 milliliters milk
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Fry all the dry ingredients. to avoid lumps and that the dough is homogeneous.
Beat the butter at medium speed until the ointment point is achieved.
Gradually add the icing sugar, continuing to beat.
Add the eggs one by one.
Continue beating until ingredients are well integrated, add vanilla and cinnamon.
Beat at minimum speed adding half the flour and all the milk.
With your hands knead and add the rest of the flour (remember if you have used all the flour and the dough is still sticking to your hands add more flour or if it is hardening a lot stop adding flour, it does not matter if it is less than is in the ingredients because it depends a lot on the humidity of the environment)
Divide the dough into four pieces and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. Remove one of the parts and with a roller, extend it so that it has all the same thickness. Once stretched, refrigerate and repeat the procedure with the other 3 portions of dough.
Let the plates rest for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC.
Cut the cookies and place them on a baking tray with wax paper or direct on the tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool.
The mass that is left over from the cuts you can make small ball into the refrigerator and follow the same process as before.

PRESENTATION

You can eat them like this or decorate with royal icing, sugar veil, fondant, chocolate etc. You can put them in a small dish or store them in cellophane bags.

TIPS

Have trays to bake extra for you to let cool one before putting the other batch of cookies in the oven. The dough that is raw even if it is already cut, keep it in the refrigerator and take it out only when you are going to put it in the oven.
