Delicious and fun for children. Ideal for snack time, or to take a break while enjoying them in the afternoon. My children love them at any time.

Ingredients

25 servings
  • 250 grams of flour sifted
  • 125 grams of Butter
  • 150 grams of powder sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 4 spoonfuls of cocoa
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla

    Preparation

In a bowl soften the butter and add the sugar, until well integrated.
Add the egg and mix to make it well integrated.
    Add the vanilla.
Sift the flour and add it to the mixture little by little, until you have a homogeneous mass.
Divide the dough into two equal parts, and one to put the cocoa and mix until it is well integrated.
Leave the two parts in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Extend the masses separately forming rectangles.
Put the rectangle of chocolate, on the vanilla, roll without leaving spaces between the masses.
Cut with a knife into slices about 3 mm thick.
Arrange the cookies in a tray with waxed paper.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
