  • 2 1/2 cups oats, (not instantaneous)
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2/3 cups raw sugar, dark
  • 2/3 cups raw sugar, clear
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate, cut
  • 2/3 cups roasted nut, chopped


Mix oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon powder and salt in a large bowl.
In another bowl, with an electric mixer at medium speed, add the butter for 2 minutes. Add the mashed sugar (both) gradually, until it looks light and fluffy, for about 3 minutes, cleaning the edges of the bowl. Beat with vanilla, eggs one by one and clean the edges. Add a third of the flour mixture and beat at low speed. Add the flour mixture little by little until it is stirred. Add the pieces of chocolate and nuts. Cover with self-adhering plastic and let the dough rest for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 162 ° C. Line 2 cookie sheets with waxed paper.
Place on the paper portions of the dough approximately 1 tablespoon, leaving a space of 5 centimeters between each one. Slightly crush with the palm of the floured hand to give the cookie a thickness of approximately 2 centimeters. Bake until the edges and top are lightly browned, about 11 minutes. The cookies will be darker and harder on the edges, but soft in the center. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and then remove the cookies from the trays and allow to cool completely in a rack.

Solo usé una taza de azúcar. Esperaba que quedaran más crujientes. En lugar de nuez, usé arándanos.

Le puse Cocoa a la masa en vez de chocolate y molí un poco la avena en la licuadora!!! Tienen un rico sabor a chocolate!!! Solo el tiempo de cocción fue de aproximadamente 30 minutos!'n muy ricas y sanas 😋
