They are delicious pancakes stuffed with pineapple with a touch of beer ideal for dessert. Invite your children to help you elaborate them and you will see that they will have fun with you.

Ingredients

13 portions
  • 1 kilo flour
  • 1/2 kilos lard
  • 1 beer
  • 3 teaspoons royal baking powder
  • 1 jar Pineapple marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 kilos sugar

Preparation

Heat the butter until it melts, then put it on the tray where it is going to knead and add the flour, beer, royal and sugar spoonful. It is kneaded until forming a smooth paste.
Then they take out small balls to spread them with a kitchen pin.
Already spread out they are filled with pineapple jam forming the empanadita.
The oven is preheated to 150 ° C.
Place the empanaditas in greased and floured baking trays.
They are put in the oven at 150ºC for half an hour or until they are cooked.

PRESENTATION

Accompany them with a cup of hot chocolate.

TIPS

To the sugar you can add a teaspoon of cinnamon to give it more flavor.
