Ingredients

30 portions
  • 2 cups oats, milled
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 2/3 cups milk
  • 5 tablespoons flaxseed

Preparation

Put everything in a bowl and stir with a spoon. With that same spoon we put a little mixture in a baking tray, heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake 20 to 25 minutes.

PRESENTATION

You can wrap them in cellophane bags to give as a gift.

TIPS

We keep them in an airtight mold so they last longer.
