Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 banana, medium, ripe
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup almond

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C. (357 °F)
Process the oats until you get a semi-fine powder. Set aside.
In a bowl with the help of a fork mash the banana, add the oatmeal and butter and mix well.
Form small balls and place them on a tray lined with waxed paper, press the center and place an almond.
Bake for 15 minutes or until browned lightly. Let cool and enjoy.

Excelente receta , fácil y rápida, tal cual está en video y explicación , para apretar un poco de dulce natural le agregué arándanos y le.dio un sabor exquisito , además que no quedan duras y el sabor del plátano es bastante presente . Chef Karina Vargas

Receta encontrado en recetas sin gluten y la avena convencional tiene aunque para quien si pueda comer avena normal pinta excelente
