Ingredients

24 portions
  • 125 grams unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 100 grams syrup, golden
  • 1 egg
  • 350 grams flour
  • 2 tablespoons candy
  • 3 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Beat the butter with the sugar, until there is a spongy mixture and the butter is whiter.
Next beat the egg aside and add it little by little to the mixture, making sure it integrates well with the butter.
It is time to put vanilla, caramel and golden syrup.
Finally add the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and the pinch of salt, in batches, beating first at low speed and finishing at high speed.
When you have the dough ready, stretch it between two baking papers with the help of a rolling pin. Make sure that the whole dough is the same thickness.
Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for at least two to three hours.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Cut the cookies and bake them for 12-15 minutes.
Let them cool and enjoy.
