This is a recipe that I love doing because it's easy and fast. Children love to take them to school as a snack, they are very nutritious and healthy because they are whole and also contain honey.

Ingredients

20 servings
  • 1/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 4 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 4 spoonfuls of honey
  • 2/3 of Cup of raisin
  • 1 Cup of oats
  • 3/4 of whole wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of Salt

    Preparation

    Add honey and salt to butter and beat.
    Add the sugar little by little and the egg well beaten and mix.
    Incorporate the raisins, oatmeal and wholemeal flour.
    Form balls, arrange them in a tray flatten them.
    Bake for 10 minutes and remove until golden brown.
    Peel them off the baking tray when they are cold.

    TIPS

    It can be added chopped walnut. Place them in an airtight container.

    Le puedes poner arándanos sustituyendo las pasas, solo reduce un poco el azúcar para que no te queden tan dulces.

    MMMM hasta me llego el olor de las galletas cuando lo lei. También se le puede poner arándanos y otros frutos secos?
