Preparation
Add honey and salt to butter and beat.
Add the sugar little by little and the egg well beaten and mix.
Incorporate the raisins, oatmeal and wholemeal flour.
Form balls, arrange them in a tray flatten them.
Bake for 10 minutes and remove until golden brown.
Peel them off the baking tray when they are cold.
