These cookies are very original, they have a sweet flavor and a crunchy texture that you will love, as well as being super easy to prepare. They carry oats, sliced ​​almonds, maple syrup and a touch of cinnamon for an incredible homemade flavor.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 70 grams oats, raw
  • 25 grams almond, filleted
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 5 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt
  • to taste sugar, to sprinkle

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Beat the butter with the maple syrup and the vanilla until well incorporated.
Sift the flour, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. add the oatmeal and stir.
To the butter mixture, add the egg to incorporate without stopping to beat and immediately add the milk.
Add the dry ingredients to the blender and beat at low speed just to incorporate.
Stop the blender and add the almonds. Take the dough with your hands and knead until you have a homogeneous mass.
In a baking tray place balls of the mixture. Apply lightly with a spoon.
Bake for 15 minutes until the edges of the cookie are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle sugar over the cookies.
Let cool before serving.

TIPS

You can use a small cookie cutter to have a perfect circular shape.
