Ingredients

15 portions
  • 110 grams sugar
  • 50 grams lard
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cups cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

In a bowl mix the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Mix everything very well until you have a homogeneous mass.
Gently incorporate oats, cornstarch, baking powder and salt.
Beat everything and form balls, flatten them with your hands.
Take them to a greased and floured baking sheet.
Bake at medium heat for 15 minutes or until browned.

PRESENTATION

You can put strawberries on top and mint leaves cut into small pieces.

TIPS

If at the time of making the flat balls the dough sticks to your hands, add more corn starch.
