These pineapple-filled cookies are made of a pie-shaped cookie-type pastry that are very simple.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 500 grams flour
  • 350 grams cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups pineapple, chopped
  • 400 grams sugar
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch

Preparation

170 ° C Preheated oven
For the filling, heat the pineapple with the sugar and cinnamon, once cooked, remove from the heat and add the cornstarch previously dissolved in 1/4 cup of water. When it has the consistency of jam, remove it from the heat and let it cool.
On a table pour the flour and place the cream cheese and butter in the center. Knead until integrated, refrigerate for 2 hours. Spread the pasta and cut circles, fill and close by pressing the edges with a fork, varnish with egg and bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

TIPS

You can sprinkle some sugar on the cookies before baking them.
