Preparation
Crush the nuts in the blender or in a food processor, take care not to completely pulverize them, leave some chunks.
Melt the 2 sticks of butter in the microwave.
Place the butter with 1/2 cup of powdered in the blender and beat at medium speed until you get a fluffy dough.
Add 1 cup of flour, vanilla, and salt, beat again at low speed until everything is mixed. Add the rest of the flour and ground nuts and beat a little more.
We form a ball with the dough, before refrigerating it wrap it in plastic Pétalo® Kleenpack® to prevent it from absorbing odors and drying out. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. (350°F)
Line the cookie tray with foil such as Pétalo ® foil.
Remove the plastic and form balls of 2.5 cm (about 1 inch) approximately. Put them on the cookie tray, separated.
Bake for 15 minutes until they have a light golden color.
After the cooking time, let stand 5 minutes.
Decorate a plate or basket with the Pétalo ® Napkins to make them look prettier.
Pass the polvorones by powdered sugar and wait until they cool completely.
