This recipe for nuts and chocolate cookies is one of those recipes that I made a long time ago, I tried several of my vintage until I found one of the ones I liked the most, I do not put a lot of sugar on it because the ingredients it has already sweeten a lot, the H

Ingredients

40 servings
  • 125 grams of Butter
  • 100 grams of brown sugar
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
  • 175 grams of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of yeast powder
  • 50 grams of nut chopped
  • 75 grams of dark chocolate grated
  • 75 grams of grated coconut

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180.
    In a deep bowl beat the butter and sugar with sticks until they are sparkling. The egg is whipped and gradually incorporated into the previous mixture, when it is well mixed the vanilla essence is added.
    The chocolate is grated or finely chopped, added to the previous mixture together with the walnuts in pieces and the grated coconut, finally we add the flour and the baking powder, sieved better.
    You can store the dough in the refrigerator for a few hours so that it hardens and cut the dough better, for that I put the dough in plastic wrap, as if it were a longaniza all largita.
    It is placed on the baking sheet sulfurized paper or is baking, is divided into rows taking care that there is a separation so that they do not stick with each other, bake 8-10 minutes, and ready to cool and store in a metal box several days, I hope you like it.
