Typical fritters of my town. It is a delicious and very tasty recipe. It's a family recipe, which my children love. It is very simple to prepare and with a very, very rich taste. Once you cook them, they will become your favorite dessert.

Preparation
Sew the sweet potato, with half a cup of water.
Once cooked add 2 cups of milk and anise, let cool.
Dissolve the yeast in the excess milk that is warm and liquefy along with the sweet potatoes and other milk.
Add little by little to the flour and stir, add the sugar, salt and margarine, continue kneading until lightly, leave to rest until it grows and form the fritters and fry in oil.
