This rich bitumen is a perfect choice to complement a dessert like a cake, cupcakes or pancake. It has a combination of chocolate and coffee that will make everyone fall in love.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 60 milliliters water, hot
  • 60 milliliters whipping cream
  • 12 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
  • 90 grams chocolate, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Dissolve coffee in hot water and let cool.
Place the whipping cream in the blender at high speed for 5 minutes.
Slow down to medium level, add butter and melted chocolate.
Little by little, add sugar, cocoa and a pinch of salt.
At the end add the coffee and mix.
