I present my recipe for how to make chocolate coulant, step by step, simple and at the same time exquisite. Let yourself be guided by your intuition and take good note of this recipe that will make you feel like a great chef at home

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 liter of orange juice
  • 200 grams of Butter
  • 200 grams of chocolate to melt
  • 5 eggs
  • 150 grams of raw sugar
  • 110 grams of flour
  • 9 grams of cocoa powder

    Preparation

    Put the orange juice in a container to freeze later.
    Melt the Butter and Chocolate in the microwave (option to thaw) or in a bain-marie. In a bowl, add the Eggs and the Brown Sugar and with some rods we proceed to beat
    Once beaten, we will add the Chocolate with the melted butter and with the help of a tongue, we will go integrating with soft down-up movements. Add the Cocoa Powder and continue moving Bottom-Up, to finish add the Flour and repeat the same operation.
    Pour a little more than 1/4 of the dough in the container that we will use for baking, add the frozen juice ball in the center and cover again with the dough until about 3/4 of the container and take to the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.

    PRESENTATION

    It just goes perfect, although it can be accompanied by ice cream or sprinkle some cocoa on top
