  • 2 eggs, for profiteroles
  • 1/2 cups whipped cream, for the filling
  • 1/4 cups powdered sugar, for the filling
  • 1/2 cups butter, for the filling
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream, for the filling
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • strawberries, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 210 ° C.
Boil the water and when you spurt, add the Three Star® Churroon Flour, mix with a wooden shovel in an envelope for 20 seconds, until the flour absorbs the water and takes off from the pot.
