  • 2 eggs for profiteroles
  • 1/2 Cup of cream for the filling
  • 1/4 of Cup of powder sugar for the filling
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter for the filling
  • 1/2 Cup of whipping cream for the filling
  • 1 Cup of dark chocolate melted
  • strawberries to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 210 ° C.
Boil the water and when you spurt, add the Three Star® Churroon Flour, mix with a wooden shovel in an envelope for 20 seconds, until the flour absorbs the water and takes off from the pot.
Place the dough in a bowl, add the eggs and beat until incorporated with a hand mixer. Reservation.
Place the dough in a pastry bag with curly duya and form the profiteroles on a tray with baking paper, ensuring that they are all the same size. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool and reserve.
Cut the profiteroles in half and reserve.
Beat the cream with the glass sugar until it integrates, add the butter and the whipping cream, and stir until it changes slightly in color.
Fill the profiteroles with the cream, cover and decorate with thin lines of chocolate and strawberries.
