Copita de Pay de Apple with Yoghurt

If you are a fan of apple pie, try this version of apples with cinnamon and yoghurt that will surely transport you to the classic apple pie, but with an incredible touch with the taste of the delicious yoghurt flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 2 pieces of Apple cut into medium thick slices
  • 1/4 of Cup of mashed sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon
  • 1 piece of clove
  • 3 pieces of cardamom
  • 4 pieces of Yoghurt Natural Oikos® 150 ml each
  • 8 pieces of cookie sweet whole, in pieces

    Preparation

    In a pan over low heat, melt the butter and cook the apples together with the sugar until everything is integrated. Add the cinnamon, cloves and cardamom and cook for 10 minutes until the fruit softens. Reservation.
    Serve yoghurt in small glasses or jars, then crushed cookies and ends with apples. Enjoy

    PRESENTATION
