Preparation
Preheat the oven to medium temperature. Enmantecar and flour two pudding molds.
Process the lard and sugar in a bowl. Add the eggs one by one while we beat until you get a cream. Add the ginger, the 100 milliliters of tea (not hot), the flour. Beat 3 minutes and then add the chopped carrots and dates. Rewrap until the latter elements are integrated.
Pour the mixture into their respective pudding molds, previously enmantecados and flour (the mixture does not exceed half the mold). Bake for 30 minutes at medium temperature.
Confirm that they are ready by inserting a skewer stick and that it comes out clean. Let cool a moment and unmold.
