Ingredients

20 portions
  • 10 eggs
  • 200 grams flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 20 milliliters milk

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
Separate the whites from the yolks.
In a bowl beat the egg whites until stiff and add 3/4 of the sugar cup, continue beating until they are perfectly integrated.
In another bowl, beat the yolks, the rest of the sugar, the milk, and the flavoring.
Sift the flour and baking powder over the yolk mixture.
Beat to form a homogeneous and slightly thick dough.
Add little by little the beaten egg whites and mix using a spoon, achieving enveloping movements until everything is incorporated into the mixture; It is important to do it this way and not with a blender since the mixture should be aerated as much as possible.
Place paper on the bottom of the mold so that the dough does not stick, butcher mold and paper.
Put in the preheated oven, and bake for 60 to 75 minutes, everything depends on the oven. The cake should rise slowly.
Remove and cover so that it loses heat little by little.
Once cold unmold and serve, you can also fill and cover.

TIPS

Esta muy bien solo que yo recomendaria poner 5 huevos por q con 10 sabe mucho a huevo
