Ingredients

50 portions
  • 3 boxes flour, prepared pineapple flavor
  • 9 eggs
  • 1/4 cups vegetal oil, for each box
  • 1/4 cups Rum, for each box
  • 1 cup coconut cream, for each box
  • 1/4 cups flour, for each box
  • chantilly cream
  • pineapples, or cherries to decorate

Preparation

Place the prepared flour in the blender or the three boxes. Add eggs, oil, rum, coconut cream and flour and mix very well. Empty in two molds to your liking square or round and bake approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325ºF or 160ºC.
Remove from the oven passing the cooking time and wait for it to cool and unmold and beat cold chantilly cream and decorate it at your choice, it comes out delicious.

TIPS

To make it better to refrigerate it one night before decorating it and putting the cream on it, God bless you and I hope you get it right this delicious.
