Ingredients

  • 6 lemons
  • 1 can evaporated milk, (360 ml) (12.17 fluid oz)
  • 1 can condensed milk, (397 g) (14 oz)
  • 2 packages Marie biscuit, (170 g) (6 oz)

Preparation

Squeeze the lemons and set aside the juice.
Blend evaporated milk, condensed milk and lemon juice until creamy.
In a medium bowl, place the cookies and add the previous mixture, try alternating to form layers of cookies and the cream mixture you prepared. Fill the mold completely.
Decorate with cookie pieces or sliced ​​lemon.
Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with red fruits or lemon zest.

TIPS

This dessert can be made with your favorite cookies. If you use cream cookies, remove the cream in the middle.
