Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons royal baking powder
  • 1 cup milk

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and prepare two 15 cm molds with anti-stick spray.
In a bowl beat the butter until acremar, add the sugar and vanilla and egg yolks.
Apart join the flour with the royal and add to the previous mixture alternating with the milk.
Beat the egg whites to the point of turkey and with enveloping movement, add to the previous mixture.
