The Ice Cream Dessert EFE is an easy recipe to make with cookies from my town, some delicious EFE flavored vanilla cookies. It is a super recommended dessert since you do not need to have previous knowledge in the kitchen to prepare this delicacy.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 540 grams cookie, EFE (vanilla cookies)
  • 200 milliliters cream
  • 150 grams lard
  • 150 cocoa powder, candy
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • liquor, to taste
  • 10 walnuts
  • chocolates, melted to taste

Preparation

Beat the egg and the yolk add the cocoa, butter, nuts and liqueur. Crush the cookies and mix to the above. Then add the thick whipped cream.
Line a mold with butter paper, pour the preparation and leave in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Unmold by turning it over, remove the paper and decorate with hot chocolate and nuts.

PRESENTATION

It can also be decorated with some red fruit.

TIPS

No need to refrigerate all night, when it is removed from the mold you can eat right away.
