Ingredients

8 portions
  • 3 eggs
  • 45 grams butter
  • 50 grams flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 65 grams sugar
  • 2 whole corn kernels
  • 30 grams amaranth
  • 50 grams cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preparation

Place the corn kernels in the blender, add the vanilla essence, the sugar, the cream cheese and the egg. Blend until the ingredients are well incorporated.
Melt the butter in the microwave and add it to the blender, add the flour and baking powder. Re-liquefy to integrate all the ingredients.
Pass the mixture to a bowl and add the amaranth. Grease a pancake mold and see the mixture, spread it all over the mold to make it even.
Bake at 180 ° C for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before unmolding.
Sprinkle some icing sugar on top and serve.

TIPS

You can use natural corn if you can not find yellow corn in a can. Just cook it in boiling water for 30 minutes and add 2 more spoons of sugar.
