If you prefer more intense corn flavor you can liquefy the cream with the grains (without the cinnamon) and then reheat it. To the cream integrated with corn, add the sugar while cooking the mixture over medium heat, add four egg yolks, continuing to move until the yolks are cooked.
Serve in a bowl or in individual containers and refrigerate for at least half an hour. When it has a thick consistency decorate with raspberries and blackberries. If you wish, optionally put a cinnamon stick and an edible flower.
