Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
In a container put the cream cheese at room temperature and beat until acremar or that is a kind of ointment, then add condensed milk, to incorporate everything very well. Reserve in the refrigerator.
On a flat surface sprinkle a little flour and spread the puff pastry, until it is about a half centimeter thick.
With a cutter, piece to cut circles of approximately 10 cm, or with a plate, you can guide the size you want.
Fill with cream cheese and varnish with the beaten egg edges, and close as a pie, place on a greased and floured tray, or waxed paper place the empanadas, about 5 cm apart. Varnish with whole egg, and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake the empanadas for 45 min. or until they are golden brown.
