Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup peanut, natural and peeled
  • 1/2 liters low fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 4 tablespoons sugar, or substitute

Preparation

Place everything in the blender and grind perfectly.
Empty in 4 disposable cups or plastic bags tied, put to freeze about 3 hours.

PRESENTATION

Unmold the cups by soaking them in warm water and if you opted for small bags cut a corner of them to eat them.
