After looking for cheese gelatin recipes that did not taste like milk, I decided to make my own combinations. In my house they were more than fed up with the daily making of cheese jellies, until I found a recipe that fascinated my mom. I share them with a lot of love.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 30 grams gelatin
  • 90 grams cream cheese
  • 90 grams goat cheese
  • 300 milliliters condensed milk
  • 200 milliliters evaporated milk
  • 100 milliliters whole milk
  • 100 milliliters Water, tibia
  • strawberries, to decorate
  • blackberries, to decorate

Preparation

Hydrates the grenetine in warm water and reserves.
Blend milk and cheeses for approximately 3 minutes to incorporate all ingredients well.
Put the grenetine in the microwave for 40 seconds and add it to the previous mixture.
Pour the preparation into a mold and refrigerate for half an hour.
Wash strawberries and blackberries very well, decorate the gelatin to your liking.

PRESENTATION

Unmold the jelly and place the strawberries and blackberries in the middle.

TIPS

Combine it with acid fruits or add cranberries and walnuts.
