Churros is one of the desserts that most like, they are delicious, sweet and with a texture that you will love. It is a very simple dessert to make, and you will be so rich that you will not want to buy them again.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 350 grams flour
  • 15 grams yeast
  • 325 milliliters Water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 300 grams sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 500 milliliters vegetal oil, to fry

Preparation

In a small pot, place water, once hot, add the flour, salt and the yeast, incorporating little by little and without letting go until the mixture detaches from the walls of the pot. Once ready, place the mixture in another container and allow it to cool.
Add the egg to the preparation and mix perfectly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, allow it to cool and insert it into a Ziploc® bolt with a curly duya.
Pour the oil in a pan and heat over medium heat, taking care that the temperature is not too high. Form the churros the size you like (by squeezing the Ziploc® bag), cut them the size you prefer with a toothpick or scissors.
Fry them, little by little, when they are golden, remove them from the pan and drain excess fat.
Sprinkle with sugar and serve.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with hot chocolate.
