If you are a lover of ice cream you can not stop preparing this delicious dessert. The roses add a delicate and sweet flavor to this preparation.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 200 grams rose petals, organic
  • 1/2 liters milk
  • 1/2 liters cream
  • 350 grams sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Attar of roses

Preparation

Place milk, cream and sugar in a pot. Heat until the sugar dissolves.
Retiral from the fire and incorporating the rose petals and the essence of roses, wait two hours.
Place the mixture in a bowl and take it to the freezer.
When it is half frozen, remove it and stir well. Repeat this operation twice. This in order that the ice cream does not form crystals and is very soft.

PRESENTATION

Serve over glasses for ice cream, accompanied by a cookie.

TIPS

You can decorate it with crystallized petals. For this you need egg white, rose petals and icing sugar. With a brush varnishes on both sides the rose petals with egg white. Sprinkle with icing sugar and let them sit overnight.

Karina,la cantidad de rosas va a depender de que tan grande sea tu rosa (aproximadamente 5 rosas. La esencia de rosas la puedes conseguir en farmacias o en una drogueria.
