Ingredients

7 portions
  • 100 grams almond, ground or powdered
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 100 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 40 grams cocoa butter

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Mix the almonds with the sugar and add the egg white to form a compact paste.
Cook in a bain-marie for 8 to 10 minutes without stopping to move and remove from the heat and let cool.
Form the balls for marzipan and cook for 10 to 12 minutes and cool a few minutes before unmolding.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave and add the butter and mix.
Put the marzipan one by one in the chocolate one by one and leave them until they harden.
