In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, almonds, mashed sugar and lemon zest. Reservation.
In another bowl, mix the yogurt with the almond milk. Add the egg and the vanilla extract, and mix until homogenized.
Combine the dry ones with the wet ones. It incorporates blueberries. Heat a skillet over medium heat with oil.
Cook 1/4 cup pancake mixture for 2 minutes on one side. Then turn it over and cook 1 minute more of the other.
