Cold dessert of Italian origin, inherited by the grandmother. Prepared mainly for the Christmas holidays, however it is a delicacy that can be eaten at any time of the year.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 60 pieces of lady finger
  • 1/2 kilo of unsalted butter
  • 5 pieces of egg yolk
  • 1 can of condensed milk cold
  • 350 grams of Pineapple in syrup
  • 200 grams of cherries in syrup

    Preparation

    Remove the soletas from the package and reserve.
    Add the butter in the blender at medium speed and add the yolks one at a time.
    Pour the condensed milk and integrate everything.
    Arrange the soletas and pour the mixture. Decorate with pineapples and cherries.
