Ingredients

10 portions
  • 60 lady fingers
  • 1/2 kilos unsalted butter
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 can condensed milk, cold
  • 350 grams Pineapple in syrup
  • 200 grams cherries in syrup

Preparation

Remove the soletas from the package and reserve.
Add the butter in the blender at medium speed and add the yolks one at a time.
Pour the condensed milk and integrate everything.
Arrange the soletas and pour the mixture. Decorate with pineapples and cherries.
