Ingredients

2 portions

  • 2 cups oil

  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon, powdered
  • 1/4 cups Hazelnut cream
  • 1/4 cups condensed milk
  • 1/4 cups cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet

Preparation

Heat the water in a medium pot over medium heat. Add flour, salt and yeast. Mix perfectly while moving until it comes off the walls. Transfer the dough to another container and cool a little.

Que harina se usa¿ Disculpame. Pero que tipo de harina es¿ y más o menos cuanto churros salen con esas medidas¿ gracias

Estan muy ricas Aunque se que no es recomendable comer muchas cosas fritas, mi gusto culpable son los churros y siempre y cuando no sea diario ¡estos estan deliciosos!Yo los hice con la levadura que venden en sobrecitos (cada sobre tiene 11g) use un sobre y quedaron bien.Creo que si es recomendable mezclar el harina y el agua mientras se calienta, porque yo le eché harina al agua cuando ya estaba caliente y se me empezó a hacer un engrudo muy dificil de manejar, aunque a fin de cuentas si pude hacerlos y nos encantaron a todos.
