These raspberry cheesecake balls are delicious and creamy. They are perfect to serve as a dessert on hot days. They have a rich raspberry flavor and the Yogurt FAGE Total® 0% gives a creamy and perfect consistency. They are easy to make and you can leave them in the freezer for up to a week.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 cup of Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 1 1/3 cups of raspberries frozen
  • 180 cream cheeses
  • 2 tablespoons of powder sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup of Marie biscuit

Preparation

Acrema cream cheese with sugar and lemon zest.
Add the frozen raspberries and beat until well incorporated.
Add the Yogurt FAGE Total® 0% and pass the mixture to a refractory. Cover it with plastic film and freeze for 3 hours.
Process the Maria cookies until crumbs are made and place them in a bowl.
Take the cheescake out of the freezer and form balls with the help of two spoons. Once the ball is formed, roll it through the crushed cookies and put it back in the freezer for another 2 hours.

TIPS

When making the balls, if you feel the mixture melts, put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.

por favor, pongan bien el tiempo del proceso eso lleva al rededor de 6 horas, y solo me detuve a leer porque decia rapido y delicioso, y vi que al pricipio dice 30min, POR FAVOR, PONGA EL TIEMPO REAL
