Preparation
Acrema cream cheese with sugar and lemon zest.
Add the frozen raspberries and beat until well incorporated.
Add the Yogurt FAGE Total® 0% and pass the mixture to a refractory. Cover it with plastic film and freeze for 3 hours.
Process the Maria cookies until crumbs are made and place them in a bowl.
Take the cheescake out of the freezer and form balls with the help of two spoons. Once the ball is formed, roll it through the crushed cookies and put it back in the freezer for another 2 hours.
