Rice with Chocolate flavor Milk

Rice pudding is a homemade dessert, simple to make, comforting and can be eaten at any time. With this recipe for rice pudding, you can give a new flavor to a classic dessert, with a simple touch of table chocolate. The secret to make it perfect is that you cook the rice at a low temperature, so that the liquid does not evaporate too quickly and has a creamy texture.

  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 2 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 2 splints chocolate, of table
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • enough whipped cream, to decorate
  • enough chocolate, grated, to decorate


Cook the rice in the water for 20 minutes and add the cinnamon. Then add the chocolate tablets and cook until dissolved.
Add whipping cream, evaporated milk, milk and cook for 10 more minutes, over low heat.
Serve and decorate with whipped cream and grated chocolate.


Garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
