Strawberry Biscuit Cake with Cream

This strawberry-cream biscuit cake is the simplest pastry recipe you can prepare. Made with two floors of almond biscuit, this dessert is easy, but it looks like a true work of a professional chef, so you can surprise everyone when you do. Do not forget to add some mint leaves, to give it that aromatic touch.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 cups of flour (400 g) for cookie
  • 1 1/2 cups of powder sugar (200 g) for the cookie
  • 1/2 Cup of almond powder (100 g) for the cookie
  • 1 1/2 cups of Butter (250 g) diced, for the cookie
  • 1 egg for the cookie
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence for the cookie
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt for the cookie
  • 1/2 Cup of flour to extend
  • 4 cups of cream cheese for the filling
  • 1 Cup of powder sugar for the filling
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla essence for the filling
  • 1 Cup of Strawberry to decorate
  • 1/2 Cup of blueberry to decorate
  • enough of apricot jam to shine the fruit
  • enough of Mint leaf to decorate
  • enough of almond to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
    For the cookie, in a bowl loom the flour, the sugar glass, the almond powder, and then add the butter, the egg, the vanilla essence and the salt. Knead until you have a homogeneous mass.
    Wrap the dough in nonstick plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
    On a clean surface or a baking sheet, spread the dough with a little flour, until you have a thickness of 3 mm. With the help of a cake cutter, cut two bases and center them with a hoop. Bake for 20 minutes, let cool and set aside.
    For the filling, beat the cream cheese and the vanilla essence until it has a firm and homogeneous filling. Place in a sleeve with smooth duya and reserve.
    On a cake base, place a cookie disc and then fill it into cream bonbons.
    Place the other cookie base, add strawberries and finally, varnish with apricot jam, place blackberries, decorate with mint and sliced almonds.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with strawberries, almonds and blueberries.

    TIPS

    Quickly beat the cookie dough so as not to heat it, as soon as it is fully incorporated only unite and refrigerate.
