Preparation
Blend milk, potatoes, cornstarch and eggs. (Do it by parts if it does not fit).
In the pot where we are going to cook place the sugar, vanilla and add the liquefied. Finally add the evaporated milk. Mix well until everything is incorporated.
Place the pot over medium heat and keep stirring until it thickens and boils. Approx. 10-12 min.
It is emptied to the container where we will present it and ready! To enjoy!!
