This lemon pie is very rich and fresh, apart from that you do it in less than half an hour, it is a delicious result and eager to repeat the slice.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 can milkmaid
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 10 lemons
  • 2 packages Marie biscuit

Preparation

Squeeze the lemons in a cup and remove the bones.
Blend the milk and carnation and add the lemon juice little by little to prevent the milk from being cut, until a dough is obtained.
Place a layer of cookies in a mold as a base and place the mixture previously liquefied, once again we put a layer of biscuits and another mixture and so on.
Freeze 1 hour and a half and go.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate with chocolate or colorful sparkles.
