  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • orange peel
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 28 grams gelatin, 4 sachets (7 each) hydrated and diluted

Preparation

In a saucepan, pour the milk together with the water, the evaporated milk, the condensed milk and the rice, heat over medium heat for a few minutes. Add the cinnamon, orange peel and vanilla essence; cook until rice is soft, about 35 minutes

Unmold the gelatin, decorate with raspberry and serve cold.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with raspberry.

TIPS

Blend the rice pudding to make the gelatin yield more, it will also help to have a smoother texture.
