Ingredients

8 portions
  • 250 grams walnut
  • 2 cans condensed milk
  • 2 cans Water
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cups Water

Preparation

Blend the walnut with condensed milk and 2 cans of water.
Apart hydrate the grenetina in 1/4 cup of water and dissolve in a bain-marie or microwave.
Add the grenetina with the previous mixture, moving constantly
Pour the mixture into a gelatin mold previously greased and refrigerate for 2 hrs or until set completely.

PRESENTATION

Unmold and serve with a strawberry and a mint leaf
