Try this rich and fluffy corn bread, ideal for these national holidays or on a day of craving, made from corn kernels with the ideal sweetness of condensed milk and bathed with a walnut sauce. Delicious!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 90 grams LALA® butter, melted
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups LALA® milk
  • 3 cups whole kernel corn
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 250 milliliters Half Cream LALA®
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cups walnut
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla

Preparation

Preheat the oven 180 ° C and grease and flour a baking pan.
Blend egg, condensed milk, LALA® milk, corn kernels and melted LALA® butter.
Mix in a bowl, the previous preparation with flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla and integrates perfectly.
Pour the mixture into the floured mold and bake for 45 minutes or until well cooked.
Blend LALA® Half Cream, sugar, walnut and vanilla.
Heat the mixture in a skillet over medium heat until it thickens.
Serve the bread with the sauce.

La primera vez que la preparé no me quedó la consistencia que buscaba. Pero queda rico. En mi segunda elaboración en base a esta receta agregué (1/2 taza de azúcar, esencia de mantequilla, esencia de nuez 1/2 taza de harina y 3 piezas de elote desgranado (esquite). Utilice molde para cupcakes y quedaron deliciosos
