The eggs, corn, royal, butter, sugar and panela cheese are ground in the blender (the elotes previously cut from the bone, only the grains).
If the ears are dry, they are placed in the milk before being poured into the blender.
The butter is placed in the mold with the ground bread and the mixture is poured half or 3/4 of the mold.
The mold is placed in a low oven for 1 hour to 45 minutes.
To decorate, sprinkle the icing sugar over the cake once it has been removed from the mold.
