Ingredients

8 servings
  • 3/4 of Cup of cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 190 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 Cup of whole kernel corn
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • enough of whipped cream to decorate
  • enough of whole kernel corn to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
Pour the cajeta into the mold for flan and spread out over the entire base. Refrigerate 10 minutes to harden.
For the flan, liquefy condensed milk with evaporated milk, cream cheese, corn kernels, eggs and vanilla essence.
Pour into the mold and bake in a bain-marie for 40 minutes or until, when inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean. Chills and releases.
Garnish with whipped cream and corn kernels.
