Preparation
Beat and knead the flour the butter, the sugar and finally add the coca cola little by little until you have a viscous consistency. Remove the dough from the bowl and add flour until it is sufficiently manageable.
When the dough is ready you have a cloth as thick as an omelette you can cut with a can of tuna or make small balls and form small tortillas in the prensita.
Grease a tray for stove and take the tortillas add a portion of the baking cajeta and fold them to form the empanaditas you can seal with a fork and with a brochet covers the empanada with the egg beaten previously.
Bake at 280 degrees until you see a semi-dried color on top, remove them and cover with sugar.
